RészletekAhol a víz az úr!
Főszabály, amit mi szem előtt tartunk, hogy a víznek nem útját kell állni, hanem együtt kell vele élni. Előbb-utóbb úgy is kiderül, hogy a víz az erősebb és kitartóbb.
Mielőbb csodálatos burkolattal látnánk el az udvarunkat, az egyik legjelentősebb kérdés és feladat, amit meg kell oldani, az nem más, mint a vízelvezetés.
Egyre többször fordul elő, hogy szinte vízfátyolként zúdul ránk az eső, azaz pár perc alatt hatalmas mennyiségű víz keletkezik a vízelvezető árkokban és udvarokon, utcákon. Főleg olyan helyeken kell nagy gondot fordítani a vízelvezetésre, ahol a terület völgyben van. A környező dombokról is oda gyűlik a víz.
Mit lehet tenni?
- Figyeljünk arra, hogy a ház körüli vízelvezető árkok tiszták legyenek.
- Már úgy alakítsuk ki az udvarunk térburkolását, olyan lejtésekkel, hogy a hirtelen keletkezett víz az udvarunkból kifele és ne a házunk fele hömpölyögjön.
- Annak a víznek is legyen irányított elfolyási lehetősége, amit már a vízelvezető árok nem bír el.
Mindezeket pedig csak úgy tudjuk megvalósítani, ha olyan szakemberre bízzuk a térburkolást, aki ezekre a technikai részletekre már a tervezésnál odafigyel és ki is építi.
